Temporary notice: lifts out of service
Our visitor lifts are currently out of service. As a result, some floors are temporarily inaccessible or difficult to access for visitors who cannot use the stairs.
Are you coming to the museum soon and do you need lift access? Please contact the front desk in advance on +32 (0)3 260 99 99 or via info@muhka.be. We will gladly see what is possible at the time of your visit.

- The large lift gives access to the ground floor and the 2nd, 4th and 6th floors. Please ask at the front desk.

Toilets and changing tables
On the ground floor you will find toilets for women and men, for artists and for wheelchair users. Both the women’s and men’s toilets have a changing table.
On the fourth floor you will find toilets for women and men. Both toilets there also have a changing table.
Lockers
The museum has lockers for backpacks and coats. Large backpacks and large objects must be stored in a locker.
You can lock the lockers with a 1 euro coin. You can also borrow a token for this at the front desk.
Water, lunch and muhkafe
From Thursday to Sunday, you can visit muhkafe for a small bite or a drink.
On days when muhkafe is closed, we provide free filtered water and a microwave to warm a baby bottle. On these days, you may bring your own lunch. Please leave your table clean.
Aids
Do you have reduced mobility? Do you get tired quickly? Are you sensitive to too many stimuli or do you need support with fine motor skills? At the front desk, you can borrow materials that make your visit more comfortable.
