House of Panamarenko – Visit by group

Discover the magical universe of Panamarenko.

The Panamarenko House is a must-see journey for both young and old, featuring floating constructions, flying backpacks, pedal-powered helicopters, zeppelins, maybugs, submarines, walking chickens, and a real helicopter platform on the roof.

“I am not a scientist, nor someone who creates artifacts. The most important thing for me is that occasionally there’s a kind of poetry hidden in what I make.” — Panamarenko

The artistic path Panamarenko has followed since the 1960s is internationally renowned. What is less known is that most of his oeuvre was created in his studio-cum-home. Experience Panamarenko’s living world in every detail at the authentic artist’s home in the Seefhoek.
